Chia Seed - Organic (16 oz.)

One ounce of Chia seed contains as much omega-3 as 8-ounces of salmon, as much calcium as a cup of milk, as much fiber as 1/3 cup of bran, as much iron as 1/3 cup of spinach leaves, as much vitamin C as 2 oranges, and as much potassium as half a banana....

Golden Flax Seed - Organic (14 oz.)

Foods Alive offers the cleanest and best tasting organic golden flax seed on the market. Flax contains high levels of dietary fiber including lignans, an abundance of micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Flax fibers are amongst the oldest fiber crops in the world. The use of flax for the production of linen goes back at least to ancient Egyptian times.

Black Sesame Seed - Organic (14 oz.)

Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for mitigating premature gray hair, and to nourish and fortify the liver and kidneys. These nutrient-dense seeds are also said to help blurred vision, tinnitus, and dizziness. An extremely good source of calcium, fiber, protein, phosphorous, iron, magnesium and more.

Shelf Life = about 2 years

The Basics of Sprouting Your Seeds
1. Soak seeds overnight in a bowl with water.
2. The next morning, drain water and rinse with fresh water once or twice.
3. Place in a sprouting bag, or sprouting jar without any water. (Should still be damp, not completely dry.)
4. Every morning and night rinse with fresh water, to keep the sprouts wet and clean of mold.
5. Ensure the sprouts never dry up, and repeat process until your desired length or age of sprout.
6. Rinse out with fresh water and serve immediately in salads, wraps, smoothies, juices, breads/crackers, or just eat as a snack.

Organic Sprouting Seeds - Variety Pack July 13, 2016
Reviewer: Mr. C from INDIANAPOLIS, IN United States
I would buy this Variety Pack again so I can save a little off of buying them separately.  It just take me a while to consume them all  Any of these seeds are perfect if you make some baked product and don't want to use eggs.  ESPECIALLY the Chia Seeds.  And the "gel" action of the Chia Seeds are perfect for a pudding or to firm up a pie.
